Bolade (Según) Oladeji is a seasoned Human Resources Executive, Organizational Development Strategist, Management Consultant, Leadership Facilitator, and Strategic Communication Professional with over twenty-six years of progressive leadership experience spanning human capital development, workforce transformation, organizational management, and executive leadership.

As Managing Director and CEO of Positive Impact Consulting — founded in 2006 — he provides strategic direction for an organization known for delivering innovative, practical, and results-oriented solutions that strengthen leadership capability, enhance workforce performance, and support organizational transformation across public and private sector institutions.

He is also the Founder of the Academy for Speech Writing and Communication Management (ASCOMM), established in 2012, a specialist platform dedicated to executive communication, speech writing, and strategic communication development.

His career spans senior leadership roles in human resources management, organizational development, and institutional governance across multiple agencies within the Lagos State Public Service — one of Africa's largest and most complex public sector systems.
